HAPPY LANDS DANCERS
In the late 1980s a horrific fire at an after hours club called The Happy Lands Social Club killed 87 people. This is a water fountain, and a maquette for a larger one. The maquette shoots water from between the dancers; the larger version would have water also springing from the woman's hair and the flowers that are at the base of the dancers. Those flowers, numbering 87, would have the names of each of the victims.
